Fulcrum Foundation Financial Aid Application

Queen of Angels Catholic School will be offering a workshop to help families complete the Fulcrum application for financial aid.  The workshop will be offered at the following times:

Tuesday, January 24, 6-7 PM

Monday, January 30, 9-10 AM

Thursday, February 2, 6-7 PM

Thursday, February 9, 4-5 PM

Please bring a copy of your 2010 tax return and other pertinent documents to the workshop.
